Often, sedentary leisure activities like watching television or surfing the internet limit us, forgetting that the body needs to burn calories and exercise outdoors, especially if our work life demands that we spend a lot of time sitting or in confined spaces. Leisure forces us to leave the house and meet friends, often centred on food, (the paella on Sundays, share a beer after work, etc..), But if we want to change habits, we must also improve the quality of our leisure time.
